enabled at a discounted rate. Optimism USDC is available now.

How it will work
The flow mirrors the x402 USDC flow: your wallet signs a
transferWithAuthorization-equivalent on the 7F L1,
the cert server verifies the on-chain payment via the 7F node RPC,
and issues the certificate immediately.
No external facilitator is needed — the 7F node is the settlement layer.
